bad999 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bad999 online casino and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available at bad999.app and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you (the "Player" or "User") and bad999 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bad999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the bad999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bad999 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older as of the date of account creation.

bad999 enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before your account is fully verified and before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

If bad999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and conduct an investigation. If the account is confirmed to belong to a person under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds not derived from wagering activity will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be void and will not be paid out.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also meet the following eligibility criteria to use the bad999 Platform:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform under any previous account;
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bad999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, bad999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and confiscate any balances held across those accounts.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. bad999 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify bad999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bad999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as authorised activity by you unless you have reported a security concern to bad999 in advance of the relevant activity occurring.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bad999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the bad999 Platform is ৳200 when using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bad999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method that you own and that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party funding source is identified, bad999 reserves the right to void any associated wagers and return the deposit to the original account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. You must have completed the identity verification process in full before any withdrawal will be authorised. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term theoretical payout rate and do not guarantee any specific result for any individual playing session.

In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game session, the hand or round may be voided and bets returned to the player at bad999's discretion. bad999's decision on such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bad999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live dealer titles;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic abuse of welcome offers via multiple registrations;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate deposits after using those funds for wagering activity;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling transactions;
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, using falsified documentation during KYC, or misrepresenting any information provided to bad999;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes without promptly notifying bad999 support.

bad999 employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the Company reserves the right to place an account under review, temporarily freeze balances, and request additional documentation without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bad999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• Confirmed identity of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request made by the player under the Responsible Gaming programme;
• An extended period of account inactivity (no login for more than 12 consecutive months);
• Legal or regulatory obligations requiring the Company to cease servicing the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach, bad999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending an investigation into the nature and extent of the breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bad999 Platform — including but not limited to the bad999 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, game artwork, software, data structures, user interface components, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bad999. bad999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bad999 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and data integrity, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its services.

bad999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bad999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation reflects the entertainment nature of the Platform and the inherent risks associated with online gambling.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bad999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bad999 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of this document will always be accessible via the bad999 Platform at the /terms-conditions URL, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations under this Agreement — bad999 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or both. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately without separate notification.

Your continued use of the bad999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the bad999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming law as applied to the relevant operational jurisdiction of the Platform. All times referenced in any dispute context will be interpreted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

In the event of a dispute between a player and bad999, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Support: The player must first contact bad999 support via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including account username, relevant transaction IDs, and the nature of the complaint. bad999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days;
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the initial response, they may request escalation to the bad999 senior disputes team by explicitly stating their wish to escalate in the same email thread or live chat session. The escalated review will be completed within a further 10 business days;
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: Following the escalated review, bad999 will issue a final written decision. This decision represents the Company's concluded position on the matter.

bad999's decisions on all matters within its operational control — including game outcome disputes, bonus eligibility determinations, account suspension decisions, and withdrawal processing timelines — are made in good faith and with reference to these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made in accordance with this Agreement are final and binding.
